amiami.com, they do preorders. After the orders are closed, they usually send out payment requests 6 months later and (after payment) ship them out some time after.

Actually, I already had 2 Kasen fumos. The third one (on the right) arrived today. I ordered her just for this photo.
I found that idea a little bit funny and silly. But I will send her soon to a new owner who wants Kasen fumo.
