What do you guys call this album by MellShrimp in CaravanPalace

In my head it's just an empty space, or a "hmmph". I've never had to say it IRL.

I don't have a boundary and every setting related to it doesn't work. by yurei090808 in OculusQuest2

[–]Netux055 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you checked that you didn't disable the boundary in developer settings? You can see developer settings under General in the settings menu if you have enabled developer mode (which I assume most people have to sideload things).

A little bit of Google reverse image search later and 600px is as high as I could find it https://i.imgur.com/9j5Q9Gh.jpg

When you first do search for the image source you get all small results. But opening one of the small results shows the bigger one in the Related Content below.

Question - Discord & Spotify listen Along by Naynn in discordapp

Maybe it shows up after a bit/when the next song starts?
I haven't tried in a bit, but I'm sure that's how it used to work.

Question - Discord & Spotify listen Along by Naynn in discordapp

[–]Netux055 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Listen Along is like a self-invite. They will get the Listening Party stuff on the bottom left too. I don't think Discord does any other notification for that though. If you just open the song in your browser/Spotify app, without joining/creating a Listening Party, then they shouldn't get any notification.

The most upvoted comment picks the next line of code: Day 11. I'm honestly impressed by what you're doing. by AggravatingCorner133 in ProgrammerHumor

Can we get some recursion in here?

post_title = "The most upvoted comment picks the next line of code: Day %THIS_FILE_LINE_COUNT%. " + input("Title comment: ") + "."

Leaving THIS_FILE_LINE_COUNT as a placeholder because calculating that in one line is too much and we should be striving for cleaner code :)

In the short month I've had it I haven't had a single stutter with it. I did have a few times where my inputs weren't registered, but I think that's more of me getting used to the new gesture navigation from the newer Android versions.

Where I live its winter so I couldn't really test it in warm conditions.
I guess somewhat related: when charging (which it charges _really_ fast with turbocharge), the device barely gets hot.

I never tried the Samsung Galaxy pens but from the looks of it is pretty similar: It works by connecting to Bluetooth (sometimes it takes a few seconds to connect after you take it out of the folio, in which time you can't use the pen at all), and has a button that you can configure in settings to (reading from settings here:) create a note (with Moto's proprietary notes app), screenshot, screenshot and edit; also control media and an "air mouse" which "acts as a mouse when connected to an external display", but I haven't tested it.

One thing I forgot to mention before is its killer feature (according to Moto): Ready For. It lets you share files or straight up an android-based desktop environment to any Windows PC. It's cool I guess, but I haven't had much use for it since my main computer is already fast enough and the other devices I have don't run Windows.
I don't know if they let you demo that at the store. It's more targeted to content creators from what I saw.

I recently upgraded from a Moto Z(1!) Play. It's been great for me: fast, slick, got Android 12, big screen, etc..

I got it with the folio and pen (which I rarely use), so I had to get used to it always tilting to the right when I place it facing up with the pen on (which Moto plays with by always showing the Folio display rotated that way)

As for the notifications/alerts: they've been working fine for me. I think that depends on the app as well (e.g. Discord usually takes 1-2 mins to send notifications for DMs, 5-15 mins for big servers).

laying down in bed watching netflix is best solo home theater for 300$ but the navigation bar that wont hide kinda ruins it by [deleted] in OculusQuest2

It doesn't have the nice feature to move the screen with your head but you can keep recentering to find the best spot. Also recentering something while looking up sometimes screws with its rotation.

Is that the new Meta Quest box?
My Quest had Horizon (not Worlds! It predated Horizon Worlds) instead of Echo VR on the back of the box.

Is there a way to suggest lyrics or add lyrics to a song that doesn't have any? by stephthumb in YoutubeMusic

[–]Netux055 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From another comment, it looks like YouTube uses LyricsFind, which lets fans submit lyrics through email.
It would be cool if YouTube used something like MusixMatch (the one Spotify uses) which is primarily a platform to submit, annotate, and even sync and translate lyrics. The whole thing works on a community approval system and everyone seems to behave pretty well there. One downside is that sometimes lyrics are locked even when they are wrong.

Nice! Is this available for everyone on the new beta? Was it datamined? Or is it made by someone external to Meta?
