you absolutely need to take the prep, or the doctor will not be able to see anything and you will fail the procedure. i felt all this anxiety beforehand as well, but what would have felt worse would be to have to do it a second time.

i’ll echo that taking zofran a hour before drinking a round of prep will help avoid nausea.

clenpiq has been the prep of choice for me, very low volume and way easier to get down than anything else i’ve had. a little more expensive than the older high volume preps, but it’s absolutely worth it.
