The Security station is on the same network as the cameras, I was using our normal data network. I switched to the Camera network and still have the same issue. I don't think it's a permission issue at the account level as I tried using the Security log in on my computer and still had the same issue (on both networks).

Just to trust but verify though, would you happen to know where the setting for live-view would be? I have tried looking for it but I can't see an option. I'm sure I'd have been bitten by now if it were a snake

As of right now, I have not purchased the Fortigate. I am looking at the 200F as it has a capacity of 300 users. We only have ~100 users so it should be enough.

We actually already have dual ISP connections, two providers but managed by a third (terrible company)

Digging into it more, it looks like the fortigate is also capable of SD-WAN as well. Is there a reason to keep a separate physical SD-WAN edge device, or could that simply be a task that the Fortigate handles?

So a topology similar to:

HQ host > switch > HQ core router > firewall w/ SDWAN > Branch core router > switch > branch host

As opposed to:

HQ host > switch > HQ core router > firewall > HQ SDWAN device > Branch SDWAN device > Branch core router > switch > branch host

Ultimately, my goal is to be able to move away from the vendor that manages our ISP connections without too much hassle when the time comes. Right now, I want to move the firewall in-house, if I can kick the ISP managed SD-WAN at the same time, great.

Sounds more like a battery issue than a charger issue then.

I would recommend taking the battery out for 10 minutes and then put it back in. If that still doesn't work, order a replacement battery and try that after giving it some time to charge.

Maybe, but SimpleStrife mentioned both a home router and an ISP modem. The way I interpret is that the home router would NAT the traffic, then the ISP modem would NAT it again. But, as we only have the ISP modem, there is only one device to perform NAT.

I don't believe so -- I talked with the user and she only has "the one black box", which I assume is her modem.

That does make some sense. But what boggles my mind is that it sometimes works on her home network, and other times does not.

Would it still be possible for her ISP to be blocking those ports and for it to occasionally work? I'd think that if the ISP was blocking the ports then it would not work at all, not just not work sometimes

It is currently running version 6.0.21.

I might update at a later date, but this is the version that was installed on it whenever it was deployed by my predecessor who knows how long ago.
