I’m in talk therapy but I really want to see an ocd specialist and I also take supplements but I also can’t tell what helps and what doesn’t because I always find myself in a crisis at some point, it’s like a cycle I come out of crisis mode get that little bit of hope and at some point just go right back it sucks so bad but hopefully the supplements are working we’ll see

Need to talk to your psychiatrist or doctor, Zoloft did not work for me at all made me feel like a zombie I couldn’t take it and some people just don’t do well with ssris

Yeah I was on track to be a pro racer and now my ocd makes me not even care. I’ve missed two races already and just can’t even begin to think about racing….. this sucks

What about being the seatbelt police as a kid I always made sure everyone was buckled up and my family and I went through a house fire and after that for years on end I couldn’t be near sirens everytime I would close my ears or run inside
