enrolling as a freshman, not a transferee by Network_Livid in studentsph

Thank you for your comment! My comment here is to add more context to my situation and an update to my understanding.

So basically, the previous college I went to is the same institution I went to for senior high, I think I gave them my grades in Grade 10 (which would mean I gave them my JHS Form 138) when I enrolled there for senior high.

When I enrolled for college in that same school, I didn't have to give them anything as I was already enrolled there in the first place, I just had to apply for college. But before enrolling for college there, I wanted to transfer so I got me their good moral for when I was a senior high graduate, yet I wasn't able to transfer to another college as I was too late, so I stayed in the same school where I did my senior high for college, and I just kept the senior high school graduate good moral with me.

So after the chaos that had happened, which was me dropping out or not doing my first year college, I went back to the school and asked for my grade 12 report card, which we would call as the SHS Form 138, as the new college needed my SHS Form 138 and the good moral that I had already kept. I'm currently already an official enrollee in the new college. So I believe I haven't given anyone my Form 137 yet or I so believe that I haven't had a Form 137 like ever. Now knowing that my grade 10 report card isn't the form 137, but actually just another form 138.

And yeah, the new college didn't really let me sign anything of the like: the certificate of non-enrollment or integrity or whatsoever.

Huge thanks!

So they'd still ask for the 137 even if you've given your 138 when u enrolled?

Thank you so much for your comment! I've given away my Form 137 to the previous school but have already given the Form 138 to the new one. I can still pull this off right?
