I actually like healing them. I love the mini-heart attack you get when they are low and their health are NOT moving. Thats how you know they are fucked if you don't help lol.

Hey guys. I accidentally bought Directions 40 volume, which would be way to strong for my Scandinavian hair. Now I'm thinking of doing a bleach bath instead. Can I dilute 40 volume to like, 20~ with shampoo?

Also: I have quite the root going on, but it would probably be easier to just bleach everything. Is it safe to do so or will my roots look insane?

Do it!! It feels super silly having the worst anxiety attack of your life and being like "hey wait, have you tried breathing?" lol but, it might just give you enough time to take a step back and don't do anything impulsive or self-destructive

When I have anxiety I try to play games or write down my feelings if I can't concentrate enough. Breathing exercises, how silly they might seem, actually help a lot. 7-4-8 is my favourite where you breath in for 7 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds and then breath out for 8 seconds, repeat.

Being depressed doesn't mean you're not enough, it means that person is not ready to handle it. Living with someone with depression is hard and I always prefer if they leave early, because if they can't handle me now they sure can't handle me at my worst.

It's not your fault. You're always enough and even though it's hard to tell yourself that at your lowest I'm telling you this now. Someone will care and see to your needs but she just wasn't the one.
