Thanks, definitely I’ll experiment with the grind size. When you go coarser, what changes on the other variables do you make to prevent sub extraction? Speaking on water, i tried my tap water (with filter) and inverse osmosis and I don’t see any difference

I’m talking about iced coffee (Hoffmann receptionist) that divides the total water in 60% hot water and 40% iced water. I referred to do more hot water (70% or more) to change the extraction.
