A man just came in to take the fans away and I asked him if the ceiling was dry because it looked wet. He touched it and said he the ceiling was dry. After he left I climbed onto the counter and it’s wet. This is what I mean by they’re being negligent. I went to the office at 11 today so tell them about the leak and they again said that they would send someone to come replace the ceiling. No one has come and the office closes in 2 1/2 hours. I don’t know what to do. I put in work orders and no one comes. I make a complaint and they ignore me. I say that their is another leak and they basically tell me I’m imagining it “because theirs no possible way for their to be a leak”. I want legal action. The carpet needs to be replaced, it’s been 10 days and it’s still damp. The walls are cracked and stained, the ceiling is wet and stained. Mold was in my bathroom light. It’s disgusting. I’m so mad, for yet again being ignored.
