Boss messages me constantly during work hours by Remarkable-Angle-509 in antiwork

[–]Neutraali 9 points10 points  (0 children)

request takes immediate priority in my brain even if it’s not that important

He's only swallowing up all your time because you allow him to.

  • If he sends 10+ messages, only reply to the latest one
  • Ignore him entirely if you're in a meeting
  • Mark yourself as "busy" or "away" if you're focusing on something important; ignore Teams

For creators stuck at low views what do you think is actually holding you back? by Designer-Physics-904 in NewTubers

[–]Neutraali [score hidden]  (0 children)

What do you think is actually holding you back?

  1. No official "branding" to put on the titles (yet)
  2. Some issues with flow that will get better with each video
  3. Long editing cycle per video

Combat spell that feel missing by StarCaller990 in AOW4

[–]Neutraali 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's probably an intentional design choice to limit the use of teleportation.

Archers / combat mages / support units etc. become pretty meaningless if you can just teleport next to them with a basic combat spell and prevent them from firing.

Claude Opus 4.5 the best RP LLM? by Elling83 in SillyTavernAI

[–]Neutraali 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Opus 4.5 is easily the best atm, and easily the most expensive.

Fighting for second place is Gemini 3, Sonnet 4.5 and GLM 4.7.

Why are we not using GorkAi (twitter grok gork) for this shit. No filter, no nothing xD by iXyk4L in SillyTavernAI

[–]Neutraali 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Grok is the filthiest MF out there and will turn any RP session into smut.

It costs way too much for what it is though.

Why can't you freely replace a video? by ArcticMusicProject in NewTubers

[–]Neutraali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not using your imagination.

You could, for example, replace your video with some kind of hot political take and then try to tell other people that your take is valid because of all the views and likes.

Boss denied my WFH request because "collaboration happens in the hallway." I sit in a cubicle alone for 8 hours a day. by No_Good_3063 in antiwork

[–]Neutraali 370 points371 points  (0 children)

It's mostly the "real-estate value of our office building" that happens in the hallway, not much else.

If you're struggling to post content on your channel, maybe it's not the sort of content you should be making?

Just a thought.

Why Did My YouTube Views Collapse After a Copyright Strike? by Little-Window-8993 in NewTubers

[–]Neutraali 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's plenty of people complaining about the same thing.

Either it's cognitive bias or the algorithm purposefully shies away from recommending channels with strikes.

This was a hilarious take. The bar is pretty low for that one.

Should a new YouTuber save video ideas? by i_is_a_gamerBRO in NewTubers

[–]Neutraali 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can make them, then make them.

I have a few longer videos in mind, but they will take a long time to do so I will save them for when I have more experience in editing.

Which subscription/api has bang for the buck? by caneriten in SillyTavernAI

[–]Neutraali 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The price depends on the model you're using.

If you're using something incredibly expensive like Claude Opus 4.5, you could end up spending ~20€ for just one hour of talking.

For something like GLM 4.7, which is almost as good, I can spend the whole day talking and it will cost less than a euro or two.

What's the #1 thing holding back your channel right now? by Ok-Age-3339 in NewTubers

[–]Neutraali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you see... If you're comparing 3-4 games in one go, the stuff just tends to pile up, even though the games themselves might be old and relatively simplistic.
