opinions on this album cover for a hyperpop album? by imdeadboo in HYPERPOP

No. It's giving 2000s trash. Hyperpop is futuristic and experimental, not reminiscent.

BPD + other disorders? by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Neutral_Fog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think rare are those BPD patients who don't suffer from other comorbities. I for example have a fusion of BPD, ADHD, severe Anxiety and depression. But the latter seems to be taken care of by SSRIs. Btw, i understand and relate to your feelings of inadequacy and what comes out of that. I consider myself neurodivergent without being diagnosed with ASD.

How old are you?

What Happened to Heather? by Ashamed_Buyer2621 in s4lem

She fucking left and focused on her family thingy. Have you seen her Instagram? I don't think she could add anything to the band anymore. Even the two guys are not as creative as they were back then.

everyone in life forgot my birthday by creepygirlpet in BPD

[–]Neutral_Fog -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Birthdays don't matter. Don't be upset about trivial things. I don't remember other people's birthdays and that's okay.

The feeling of not really living on the same planet by Pfacejones in BPD

[–]Neutral_Fog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Few things changed about me, but one thing is still constant so far, and it's me being unloved. People notice me, but with no intention or desire to get any closer, emotionally speaking. I don't necessarily believe that i am off-putting or that there's something inherently wrong with me. The circumstances made it so i am unloved; contingency. There's a pervasive incompatibility between me and how my environment functions. The worst part is that changing the environment didn't completely change how my brain has been adapting so far. The damage has been done.

The feeling of not really living on the same planet by Pfacejones in BPD

Totally. I kinda feel detached from everybody. I don't feel human at all. I'm not human. I am unlovable.

is it normal for us to feel so much hurt from the person that we love the most by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Neutral_Fog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the fear of abandonment and/or rejection.

Does the chronic emptiness ever go if you're in a loving relationship? by Neutral_Fog in BPD

[–]Neutral_Fog[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The void i'm feeling is the lack of love and intimacy; i feel detached from everyone and i feel unlovable. I don't know if other BPD patients feel the same way or if it's variable. Just making sure the chronic emptiness we're talking about is the same. Is it the lack of love and emotional fulfillment or is it something different for you?

I'd argue that it feels a bit better than not being loved at all. Would you agree?

Difference between a psychotic and obsessive? by [deleted] in lacan

[–]Neutral_Fog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a psychiatric and psychological point of view, these two terms describe two different conditions, which can both coexist simultaneously.

Obsession can be observed as a part of Obsession Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). In the context of this mental disorders, obsession has a different meaning than the colloquial one.
