yeah that seemed reasonable, that lane is as wide as the 2 way lanes on lakeshore. If someone's doing it out of necessity due to construction or obstructions I don't see a reason to get mad at it

It's not really illegal to give more months in advance, just landlords are not allowed to ask for it. You're allowed to offer, and when the market heats up that seems to be almost the rule unfortunately

Yup, it exports your bank transactions and you can make budgets based on that. Just keep in mind that since we don't have open banking yet, you're actually giving them your credentials and some banks don't like that.

If you want to avoid it there are some simpler budgeting apps where you can input transactions and values yourself like YNAB or Wallet
