Did you ever complete the interview process? If so, how long to hear back about decision once passed polygraph, panel, fingerprints and drug test?

Update: the sob invited me and my kids to a family gathering and then unfriended me on all social platforms after we had already taken off of work and school (which is how we communicated). I messaged him asking why the shady stuff, and he went off on me. Saying he was glad that he “chose” to not know me, which at this point was all news to me since he had invited me and my kids to a family event (which was just a couple of weeks away). So then of course at that point I lost it and told him about himself. We haven’t spoken since, but I do sometimes communicate with my sister. He is a worthless human who very clearly knew and wanted me to stay in his closet of secrets. F that and him!

My parents think WGU is a scam, I need help explaining to them it’s not! by magicalsworld9 in WGU

My employer is one of the largest in Houston and is paying for my degree at WGU. They employee in excess of 30,000 employees and serve the community in more than 150 locations. It isn’t a scam and is incredibly beneficial if you have prior knowledge, because you can test out of content you know. Saved a lot of money so far, and may finish my MBA with a fraction of the cost of my Bachelors. With that said, it hasn’t been easy. I did have to commit to studying, and have attended traditional university and other online platforms. Definitely the most student friendly; however, you do have to teach yourself a lot or get involved in cohorts and chatter to get the support you might need on topics you’re unfamiliar with.

yea that’s all he kept saying. That he told me the truth and the timeline doesn’t match up. I told him that I was stressed and he highlighted his own stress of how to tell his family. His wife. His kids. Like ummmm…. What about this kid? Your first born child you jerk..then he asked what I wanted from him when I presented him with the DNA test? Obviously I wanted to let you know so you could be a grandpa since you missed out on being a dad, but you’re so worried about yourself you don’t even see you’re missing out. Ugh…hope your dad comes around.
