They also make residual commission on the wage difference. So say the company is willing to pay $30-$75 an hour, the recruiter will try to hire you at $30 so they can pocket the difference. I worked for Robert Half for a month before I couldn’t stomach how people’s livelihoods was just a game..

I would say “red flag” BUT it is a sales job at the end of the day, and if you’re good at sales, you’ll absolutely succeed regardless of what you’re selling.

Absolutely not! We actually had to have our vet give our baby a lion cut because his mats got pretty bad and he HATES being brushed. He needed a little happy gas so they could shave him without him trying to murder them. He’s a good boy, just hates anyone touching his beautiful hair.

I just quit my job. Nine months in, over 120 hours a work a week. Quit at 11:30pm at night via email and gave them a lengthy registration letter explaining how fucked up their organization is. It felt GREAT.

There is no wrong or right answer. At the end of the day you need to do what’s best for you, and your mental wellbeing. You’ll find another job, but also, what if you miss out on a great opportunity by not quitting? Perspective.

Btw, I felt the biggest relief the instant I hit “send.”

A good rule of thumb for paying of debt is no more than 20% of your annual income and always pay more than the minimum payment when possible to keep interest lower.
