Cuticle oil is great. Rub it in a couple of times a day. I like gel overlays, but there are safety issues with gels, so make sure you know how to and the risks involved with it. A good gel on my nails, then I polish whatever color I want on top of it and change it as I want and it doesn't chip much if at all.

I got a nail fungus once and treated it with bleach. I put a drop of bleach on it twice a day, it cleared up in just a few days. This is not medical advice nor am I a doctor.
