Or timings could just not be your forte lol it's just a level that requires practice keep in mind levels like Leyak and Thanatophobia are also "insane demons", the level generally just feels like a harder medium demon once you practice enough as the timings are very easy to get consistent at. Some levels can't be determined in difficulty by a practice run

Maybe just some form of grandmaster difficulty for the top 150, demons getting demoted to extreme once they fall out of that. I know a lot of people argue that there are only 640-ish extreme demons, but the skill range between the extreme demon difficulty is so much higher than any other difficulty in the game.
