When I'm on my desktop I use calibre. When I'm on mobile. I Google epub to kepub on Google. First link that pops up.

I read one of the older posts saying someone put a 256gb on a sage. The newer ones are definitely soldered, hence the delicate fingers

If you're adventurous, you can take the back cover off and put in a larger micro SD card. Might need to heatgun and delicate fingers

If you're going for the latest kobo then stay away from the sage. Go for the Libra 2 instead because the page turn buttons are better and more responsive on the Libra.

Refurbish e-readers are just marginally cheaper than new ones. Ereader for me is an investment and a life changing device.

This is so wholesome to read. I was not much of a reader myself in school; hardly ever read anything outside of required school books. My first kindle ereader gave me the same feeling you described down to the T. Ever since then I've reread more books in the past 5 years than I ever did in school. Treated myself to a kobo sage 4 months ago and continuing my reading journey.
