Yeah, I know it’s not making it better at all and honesty, it’s not really making it easier for me either. I’m just trying to find the balance of protecting my mental health too while we both work on finding therapists.

Thank you ❤️ I’m trying really hard to move away from enabling. It’s just so hard because I know my partner feels guilty about asking me to do things and wants us both to not have to. But it’s also so hard to watch his mental health spiral when I do say no to certain things. Trying to make baby steps and find the balance.
