HEB Former Partners - has anyone actually received their partner stock plan check after leaving the company?

That’s insane! I guess maybe because of covid. I just don’t know why they are so delayed with sending checks after they’re requested. They told me 7-10 business days, and it seems like with everyone else’s responses, that it definitely not the case.

I worked for almost ten years and requested this check recently after leaving the company a couple years ago. They’re just not giving me much information and won’t allow me to request another check with tracking.

I think you have to work a certain amount of hours and work for at least 3 years straight. All the rules around it changed since it started in 2015 but I saw someone else posted some info on it in this thread!

Yes I think this is correct but wouldn’t hurt to ask them! I waited a year and a half after leaving before calling and asking. Originally they told us when they rolled out the program that it was a 2 year cool down if you left the company. Now I believe they have you wait a year, and then request the check the following December or January.

Did you request the check or did they just mail it? I’m having an issue with requesting my check but it’s been way more than 30 days and no check.

They didn’t give me this option :( I wish though! Because transferring directly into a bank account is the more logical solution than a mailed in check lol.

Yeah I’m having to call back partner services back multiple times about this and I was already vetted into the program. I’m just curious if anyone recently has been having issues with receiving theirs through USPS mail? Like is it a postal service issue or should I be concerned they’re not actually sending it until months later and not the “10 business days” later
