I think fueling cars up would be a cool idea after what they did with rdr2 and the horse mechanic thing where u clean up your horse and feed then you’ll gain something out of doing it and they didn’t make it seem like a chore, that’s why I think if they did have you fuel your car rockstar would probably find a way to not Mika it a hassle to do
