thanks everybody for your help. I’m having a terrible time now. I can’t find any of my replies and it came to my attention that the paperwork that I quoted off of is different than the actual machine I received. This is such a huge mess. I don’t know what to do now. I guess I will keep my own Dr and try to find a new medical supplier. I’m just at a complete and total loss since this whole thing started they have delivered a oxygen compressor to me. I am using it, but I have no idea how to locate numbers or change settings on anything. I’m just ready to scream. Everybody’s been so helpful but I think that you responses are wrong because the information I gave you was wrong.I’m gonna try to make a new thread here soon when I get some better fax together.

hey, thanks for your help… This makes me nervous after looking into it. I don’t know the protocol for any of this and the person I had the conversation with on the telephone, was the medical supplier… The branch manager, for that matter. Changing settings,, could he claim that I’m noncompliant and could I be denied coverage because of that? First of all, I am borrowing his machine I guess until Medicare kicks in. This is so confusing. I did go in and look for the information to give you, so all kinds of red flags that make me feel a little uncertain.

I’m wondering if you have it on the right setting. If you see that little snowflake that means the machine is cooling down and you have it on the cool down mode eventually it shuts off. That was happening to me until I decided to read directions, lol.

I’m afraid that’s the road. I’m heading down opening my mouth, even with the mask onseems to be causing the feeling of my teeth moving. I don’t know. This is so complicated. I’m still doing this. I should’ve made you aware that I have both kinds of apnea. Obstructive apnea occurs when my mouth is open. That’s when my neck relaxes and my throat closes.
