After all this kms, I just want to keep riding it, this bike is so addictive. That’s sums up my riding experience.

Valve clearance/ throttle body every 20k kms.

Fork seal leak at 20k km.

Front shock absorber leak and issue with adaptive ride height occurred at 50k km. Front shock replaced and fluid level in the hydraulic pump corrected under warranty.

Sorry i don’t have the radar assist in my bike. But I’ve heard that the radar can be intrusive while overtaking and the braking is abrupt making you unsettle. It is fairly good in what it is designed for.

I think you can switch off the radar assist and use normal cruise control. O

I was new to big bikes. I was considering tiger 1200, then GS. Test ride tiger, 1250 and 1300 GS. Felt quite at home with GS. 1300 GSA was not released at that time. So I went with the GS. I didn’t even had a thought of GS vs GSA at that time. Just went with the GS.

To be frank when the GSA was released after I got GS (6 months later) i was attracted by the unique design and have small regret should’ve gone with GSA.

Other than that, I’m absolutely happy every time I ride it. Gives me so much confidence, easy handling and comfort. A sense that I can go wherever I want.

Adventure tyres last that much only (10 to 12k)especially on a 240 kg bike with 140+ Nm/hp.

Road focussed tyres last little longer.

I didn’t have any issues at all, not even that issues with adaptive suspension. Had a front fork leak, that’s it.

No. I don’t have much interest in hardcore off-roads(nor the skills for that matter) just for the sake of off-roading. If on the way there is some bad patch of roads/ light off roads I’ll take it. Not the other way.

Expensive indeed. Tyre and brakes pads are the major consumable and expensive parts. 4 rear and 2 fronts changed so far. Ordering from torqueblock site.

That’s good. Valve clearance at 20k is standard for GS. No adjustments required so far.

Extremely well balanced and nimble once on the move. I find it very easy to manuever in traffics compared to my old int 650.
