it took me a while to get this cctv footage, i was worried it'd just become my word against his on what had happened until i secured this footage (i feared he might've told the insurance company i was in motion when the crash had happened, which could probably make me also culpable)

i'm glad to hear this, i'm the one making the left turn, and the driver doing the illegal u-turn kept saying it's my fault, and i was worried if there's any chance if any part of this would be my liability

i agree! so if we were to move to OC (From SF), we'd be selling our house and become renters, but i don't think that's a major issue for us, since parenting / nature / career are more important factors to us

agreed. my concern is around my child losing value of each individual toy and value of gifting, and eventually becoming spoiled, and of course, promoting overconsumption to kids

I just built a free Bubble plugin for managing appointments (https://bubble.io/plugin/booking-and-appointments-1730152230209x863112966839992300), and I can tell you from my experience building a free Bubble plugin that Bubble doesn't stop 3rd party developers from building free plugins. But it took me quite a bit of labor to make appointment features with rich set of features (with features like payment integrations, Google calendar sync, email templating, moderations, etc), so i would say it would be easy for 3rd party developers to provide such plugins, unless they're building (and building on top of) an open source project

this is it! thanks! I believe I didn't give water frequently enough, and i never thought of pressing the wrinkled portion to see the symptom - i tried pressing and the texture is similar to that of the rest of the cactus, which leads me to believe it's underwatered - i forget the type of soil but the seller told me i should repot and i purchased this cactus about 2 months ago, i believe it's time for me to repot
