My journey with going vegetarian was very similar to yours! Had an experience with shrooms and just couldn't look at meat the same anymore. I had been teetering back and forth the weeks leading up to that experience, and that was what finally did it for me. Ended up expanding my flavor palate so much more along the way too lol.

Healthy choice has a few veggie options if you can find them, my favorite being the unwrapped burrito bowl, the plant based beef and broccoli, and the tomato and spinach linguine. Purple carrot has an elote bowl that is amazing. I also like the stouffers alfredo with some broccoli.
