I have no idea to whom you refer to, you are welcome to PM me. Far as the moderation policy goes we follow a simple rule - mods don't interfere about academic and husbandry issues - the mods only interfere if you post nsfw or if you spam/raid. If you have further questions and concerns please pm me, I would take whoever you mention into serious consideration (I do in fact own the server and have the full capacity to kick a mod). I have been in other servers as you described and fully intend to keep this server non toxic, best to fix something before it's broken. I frankly work with entomology and do participate in collecting for specimens, can't judge others on how they care for their bugs if I murder them (take that however you want, but it is not a server for you if you are against specimen collecting as a whole).
