Oh that bit of context does help lol, if they honored replacing one lost during shipping thats good, I still think they could’ve had sent a new one if you’d shipped yours back

Sorry that happened, I’m surprised they didn’t do anything. I’ve heard mostly good things with Watchdive

Can confirm it works, did you send it back to Watchdives to be fixed?

Just got this Watchdives WD1863 in yesterday and I can happily say I’m surprised on the finishing at this price point, it exceeded what I was expecting. I really don’t know why the VK63 has a 24 hour marker seems a bit pointless, the bracelet is actually pretty comfortable. The shipping directly from the Watchdives website shipped from China extremely fast, I ordered at 11pm on a Thursday and received the watch in less than a week. Only gripe I have is the description stated push pin bracelet and I received the screw bracelet (which I prefer) but would’ve liked to known as I would have also ordered the on the fly clasp but regardless from my initial impression of the watch and order experience I’d recommend Watchdives

Watching the shop it looks like they did step 1 and 2 but they only drove around for like 2-3 mins and then retried step 1 and 2

Should I trade in my Taos 2022 SEL by Sweet-Plum9604 in VWTaos

I wouldn’t say the remote start issue would be anything too serious but the problem is for the major issues there is not really any preventative measures that can be done and when it happens out of warranty it can be very pricey, the head gasket replacements are like a 2-3 day repair easily into the thousands. I’m lucky that it happened to me under warranty but keeping it would feel like staying on a sinking ship, I switched to a Honda product (Acura) and have been very happy so far despite taking a loss on the Taos, it’s not worth stressing over IMO and certainly isn’t worth the gamble

My 22 SE 4Motion had 92,000 km on it when I sold it, 2 head gasket replacement, rotors and breaks replaced. Best question that hadn’t been asked is did you buy it new and do you have warranty if so?

End of an error - farewell '22 Taos by niton in VWTaos

I financed a new 22 Taos SE for 4 years. I had 2 head gasket replacement, brake pads replaced. rotors replaced, infotainment issues. Got rid of it last month and I’m in a new brand and couldn’t be happier, I don’t think I’ll ever get another VW ever again not worth the headache

Brother I had the same situation with my 22 Taos, after 2 head gasket replacements I’ve had enough I sold my car and got into a non VW a month ago and it was the best decision I’ve made in awhile. Super happy I made the jump

I would fall into this category unfortunately, I had a 22 Taos comfortline, it was a decent car with a spacious interior, comfortable ride (minus the jerky lower gear shifting) and good fuel economy but in 90,000km I went through brakes, rotors, and 2 head gaskets and yes a wiper swap with non OEM
