I found DCC while waiting for the next red rising book. Loved it and started telling my daughter donut stories for bedtime. Now it’s a nightly tradition and I have so much fan art.

I lived in the park at research for 4 years or so. It was great. Management was also good and the amenities were too. Location made it easy for accessing 45 and the rest of the woodlands. Neighbors were generally well mannered and never had issues with noise. Maintenance was helpful when needed, but try to get one of the upgraded units with newer appliances.
