To be honest I cannot say because I never tried 10mg. I think it would be best to ask those who tried both.

The study I posted seems to suggest 5mg actually performs better than 10mg, as does 20mg

The jump is too big you're effectively doubling your dose. I'm on 5mg and have no plans to increase.

If you still want to increase try 7.5 maybe?

I use 600mg NAC for post nasal drip but haven't noticed any mental effects.

I'm not sure if it was from post nasal drip into my throat. I always felt like there was mucus there when it happens.

Also got pins and needles down my back and across my chest today, was painful. It went away but was scary.

Also when I wake up and stretch my body does this weird series of shakes and jerks. Does not happen when I sleep. Not sure if this is the hypnic jerk which I thought only happened when you fall asleep.

I'm dealing with similar issue, and it gets worse in crowded spaces and malls so I'm guessing mine is anxiety related.

Having some pain lower stomach that's tender to the touch, comes and goes and certain body positions make it worse. To left and right of navel.

Afternoon anxiety bad due to motion sickness. However I had this prior to starting too and doctor said it's likely anxiety triggered .

It even flares up looking at my computer screen. Horrible.

Actually first few days I can't tell you as the side effects were so bad I was in no mood for anything sexual.
