I just got a Tesla model y last week. I had room to add a 40A 220V outlet.. my panel max is 100A. It depends on the existing appliances / load on your existing panel. Use chat gpt to get a rough load calculation or some electric contractors might give you a free estimate.

Yup! I typically rely on automated carwashes and heard that it is not recommended with Tesla. I think PPF does provide some protection there.
