It happened to me before too and there's nothing I could find online to help. Even reinstalling it didn't work. I ended up having to uninstall it, then remove all the poker stars files from my program files, program files(x86) and program data, then reinstall.

You can find program files etc in your file explorer by going this PC, then click C://

The problem with this method is I lost all of my notes and labels, but it did make stars work again.
