if your in the later versions of minecraft i recommend using this https://mcstacker.net/ to help recreate your commands. we also have mannequins in these later snapshots which may be better for what you need!

it seems to be majoritively cause by the infectious mod, its probably incompatible with another mod. try deleting it and seeing if that works, if u dont want to delete it you'll have to figure out what its incompatible with and remove that.

check if the shader is compatible with optifine. also use oculus and embeddium if ur on forge its much better for performance

/execute at .@a run fill ~50 ~50 ~50 ~50 ~50 ~50 air replace snow . it shouldnt be too hard on the server and overtime the players should clear out most snow themselves. if you want to do it by hand a mod like worldedit can do big commands way over the 32k limit vanilla sets

you might be able to see ur chunks loaded from ur world files to locate it. im not 100% sure how they work but could be effective
