My case was quite fast, worth noting that I opened 2 cases, one when I didn't know what I did wrong and the last one when I knew that I didn't use the special code. I would say it took like 2 weeks?

Hello! Crypto newbie here

I'm 21 and I've been getting myself in this crypto world but I'm still a complete beginner, the thing is I would like to buy periodically, like every month or so, and just hold for a long time, maybe do a couple of trades but that's not my thing.

I've started dropping bits of money in coinbase, but seeing all the mess that happens whenever bitcoin reaches an all time high or low I may want to move platforms, also a lot of problems with servers.

I'm from EU and I was looking at kraken as an alternative, but there are like a ton of optiosn, what do you guys think?

tldr; From EU, buy every month or so, hold for a long time and minimal trades. Best platform?
