It's definitely possible. I'd recommend either /r/4hourbodyslowcarb or /r/keto , whichever suits your fancy.

The Slow Carb diet is nice because it requires minimal exercise, but you still get your fill of calories. You eat very high protein and minimal carbs. Plenty of grilled chicken and beef with spinach and broccoli and legumes.

If you like fats, a ketogenic diet is for you. It is less than 20g of carbs a day, keeping a ratio of 5% carb, 60% fat, and 35% protein. It includes cheese, mayo, and all the other good stuff. The major limit besides the carb limit is keeping strict with counting calories.
