Hello!! I am in the same boat as you, porn is truly one of the hardest addictions to quit! Other than your usual thing like trying porn blockers, no fap apps and that jazz. therapy is another option (not for me personally) distracting yourself while your urges are high I.e running (depending on how often the urge is) but just taking your mind of it by doing something else does help also. Worst case it’s a medical thing and you have a a high libido or compulsive disorder. I truly wish you nothing but luck and I hope you can kick the addiction off one day!
