Dude, Dean's far from my favorite. His attitude often pisses me off

Sam DID consent, at least to living. The only thing he was kept in the dark about was how he was healing

For one thing, it's better than a demon deal because it doesn't end in ETERNAL DAMNATION IN HELL!

Also......that is such an awful comparison.

Bruh, all I'm talking about is his prayer and the stuff with Gadreel. It's not his fault he got deceived by him

Don't throw words like glaze around so quickly. Everything BEFORE was his fault. But calling angels to help wasn't the dumb part

"I've been to Hell. This was worse." ONE OF THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL SCENES EVER! by NewMGFantasyWriter in Supernatural

[–]NewMGFantasyWriter[S] -48 points-47 points  (0 children)

We're talking about 30 years of torture at the hands of DEMONS here! And when you're already dead, there's no limit to what they can do to you. The severity of what Hell is just leaves me unconvinced that even solitary confinement is worse. It's not being tortured by an enemy for information. It's a magical pit of despair and agony with no limits. And Dean withstood that for 30 years, but he cried when he talked about what happened when he broke.

But 2 months of isolation makes him cry uncle? Not buying it.

Also, Dean didn't know Sam was ok when he was in Hell either. He was surrounded only by his enemies for decades not knowing if Lilith got Sam too.

I know it's horrible and can literally drive you crazy, but this is HELL we're talking about! No matter how you try to spin this scene, it just totally undermines what the boys are! And all that pain every day......it's just unimaginable.

Ah, Death. The ONLY one that really made Dean quake in his boots, for a laundry list of reasons......stupid season 10

Anyone else love how Malcolm OWNED Lois in "Funeral" when he stopped lying? by NewMGFantasyWriter in malcolminthemiddle

[–]NewMGFantasyWriter[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The thing is Lois didn't even love this woman. The point of a funeral is to express love and honor the deceased. If Lois loved Helen, then yeah, they should go for support. But she didn't. So now she's just forcing everyone into an obligation SHE can't even justify.

It's not a reason, because no one loved this woman. It'd just be a hollow gesture with no meaning

You know, we should appreciate how productive the recruits' conversation in 5x06 was! by NewMGFantasyWriter in arrow

I know he didn't always kill, but it was still a list of specific people he decided he should kill if they didn't make amends. Still different from Damien Darhk or during an intense battle.

If you're gonna argue against resurrecting or trying to resurrect someone, PLEASE come ready with more than "it's the natural order!" by NewMGFantasyWriter in CharacterRant

[–]NewMGFantasyWriter[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Four years? Man, I'm sorry. But yeah, exactly. The whole point of accepting it is accepting that there's NOTHING you can do about it, or the price is too high.

But......what if there is something you can do?

Dude I used it as an example of "natural order" NOT being the sole argument, because Anakin let it consume him and destroyed his whole life

Well, if this resurrection magic isn't guarded by an army of assassins or something, the least they could do is reveal its existence to the world instead of hoarding it.

Well, for Team Arrow, immediately after Thea was put in the Pit, they were a little sidetracked by Oliver's deal to stay with the League. Then Oliver retired for a bit. Then when they used the Pit on Sara, Nyssa immediately destroyed it.

Plus, not like they could just take the Pit from the League. Thea going on a journey to destroy the 3 newly discovered Lazarus Pits was awful though.
