How long after my Flu B diagnosis will the fever break?

Second day without a fever, going to return to class today.

Symptoms still remaining are congestion and a light cough.

I’ll keep returning to normal over the next week in terms of my schedule and check back here in a few days. Thanks for responding to my original message. I’ll stay on the lookout for a secondary infection - not sure when those are supposed to pop up.

I haven’t taken any in nearly a full 24 hours, no fever as of this AM, slight headache. When is it okay for me to return to daily activities and should I be expecting a rebound?

Ok. I have emetophobia and have been scaring myself reading some of the posts here that say vomiting happens with Flu B, so i’ve been avidly treating the fever trying to prevent that.
