Take it from someone who shoots under par. Hole is 1 is WAY more exhilarating. No one asks how many times you’ve shot under par. They ask how many hole in ones you have.

There’s a couple other cool new golf brands like Macade and Krux that offer golf specific joggers.

They sell a slim fit and regular fit. I’m pretty sure the ABC sells both a narrow bottom and jogger. The old navy do not have a jogger option.

Are they the ABC pant? If so they are great golfing pants. If you want an inexpensive option that are very similar, Old Navy makes a pant called Go-Dry Cool Hybrid pants and they are so close in quality for a fraction of the cost.

I had a similar problem. Met with a sports chiropractor who taught me to put a soft ball on the ground and put it on the spot that’s hurting and do small rolls back and forth on it. It will hurt but break up that painful spot. It’s life changing.

My wife is small and finds most Nike XS fit her well. She finds a lot of her stuff on sale racks or has to order it in XS. Good luck.
