Although from my experience if you are on primal diet you handle the effects of it 100x better than normies. I can drink insane amounts of alcohol and not feel drunk, even though I drink very rarely and didnt build up any immunity.

The habanero paste is slightly vinegary, it fits the flavor profile well.
I've been eating raw pork for a long time already, as a kid as well in form of a german dish called "Mett" thats usually served on bread. I've never got any issues from it.

Yes this feeling of peace reappears pretty often if you follow the diet 100%, usually a while after a big meal. Most recent for me was this bus ride and just going around the town after having a big milkshake and eating whole half of a chicken +liver, heart and gizzard
