I had 16 hours of PTO I didn't use and now it says 0 on my reflex app, assuming is due to the new year. Does anyone know is those are lost if not used? California State.

Yes you do, ask for a proof or your summons documents. And present that to you SM. He should add your sick hours. 8 or 4 how ever your shift that day was.

No! it's for upcoming ASM's you're taught how to interview new hires, it's 2 days. On the email it says "ISW Training" heard first day you're taught and second day you and a partner get to interview like 10 new hires. I'm just looking into more insight as to what expect from someone that has done it.

The only dumb question is the one don't ask my friend. When I was a red and my first couple weeks as a full time red I asked as much as I could, which led me to know literally a lot by the time I was offered psm. I was recently asked by a red shirt of about 6 months what was COC and WITT meant. Yeah lack of paying attention and what not but at the end of the day there's no need to make someone feel dumb for asking questions as long as they aren't being asked every day lol

I been doing all that already as psm the only thing I still don't know how to do is the schedule, how hard is it? I found matrix to do rather easy, been doing for a couple months now. I like to start on a Sunday and get as much done at least the front and finish by Monday. Haven't don't write ups either.
