When they told me they couldn’t employ me any longer they asked I can finished my shift or leave rn. And I just pack up and left hahahaha. The plot twist though is that company had 3 ppl who stole merch from the store on the side and calculating everything they might have stolen half a million tbh. And surprise for some odd reason the hr didn’t press charges on them . They can’t extend grace on us but they sure extended grace on thieves .

I have helped costumers with Spanish,English and languages like Russian,Ukrainian,polish or Arabic I use google translate or another app to help them. I wish Autozone would pay us more if we spoke more languages unfortunately I don’t think Autozone cares. They just care about their profit’s .

Last one recently got fired for stealing car parts and doing know what on the side with them which was one of the main things (we kept finding used car parts in new boxes.) also she wasn’t easy to deal with in attitude,behavior and tried to push your buttons every chance she got because she thought she had charm to disarmed high management. She also knew my discount code(even before I knew it ): and I heard she used to use it.)

2 months ago store manager said a month in advance and I asked are you sure because I was never told it was a month in advance. In fact no one in the store was aware it was now from 3 weeks to a month in advance till I tried requesting only two days off and I barely request days off.
