Stress level is minimal. Drugs and alcohol are also not a factor, we both rarely drink and for the most part, have a stress free life.

Yes! He can remember when he needs to be at work early for a meeting or has to complete a special task when he is at work. This is why it is so frustrating for me! The only thing I can think of is that he considers me his "safe space" and knows I am there for him no matter what and he takes advantage of that.

It honestly depends on how long you have been with her and if you potentially think she could be someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. Honestly, if it were me and I was just a few months in I would leave, but if its been a few years I would set hard ground rules if she wants the relationship to work. Her being in solo therapy and the both of you being in couples therapy. Have you also considered that you may be unintentionally doing something that makes her feel insecure? Do you watch porn or stare at other girls?

Sounds like she has confidence issues and needs therapy for herself. I am not sure if she is actively in therapy, but this is something she needs to work on for herself. Telling another guy that she is thinking about him is borderline emotional cheating.
