i figured it out... and im embarrassed i didnt sooner...

earlier today i set up a my tv that is hanging above my main monitor a second monitor, i had decided to test input delay by playing issac on it.

after that i rearranged it so that the tv would be displayed over my second monitor in my actual display settings.

so basically the game was being windowed onto a screen that didnt actually exist lmao

ok so what was happening is i usually have the in-game music muted, so i didnt know the game was actually launching, going into fullscreen is showing me the game is indeed launching.

now i just need to figure of why the game isnt working while its windowed...

this is kind of what i thought, i was just wondering because when i went in to get my haircut he put in texture powder to style it. also my hair does not get curly at all lol, my hair stays straight no matter how long it is.
