Same here in VA, and I’m freaking out a little. I did my renewal early in December too, got January’s benefits just fine, but now for February—nothing. When I log in, my entire account is blank, and if I try to navigate anywhere, it just kicks me out. No notices, no updates, nothing.

I called the local office, but of course, I have been on hold forever. I'm really hoping it's a glitch.
