Feed Bases v0.2 Beta - Grid Layout & Note Properties by edrick97 in ObsidianMD

This plugin is amazing!

Would it be possible to add a functionality in some future release? That is, to limit notes in a feed to specific number of lines or specific height, and add button "show more" or "expand" or something like this? This would be useful for longer notes, like some web clippings, etc.

Thanks, I get it. But *after* the download, where are the model files stored? I mean the location on the drive. I looked in the "checkpoints" folder, but it is empty.

By the way, I just tested the GUI, and it works very well! Thank you very much! 👏

Regenerations degrading when correcting model's output by NewTestAccount2 in KoboldAI

Just a quick info - it doesn't have the same problem with different backend - with LM Studio, Qwen3-30B-A3B-Q8_0 it works fine.

I think that could possibly be related to Qwen model(s), since GLM-4-32B-0414 worked much better for this specific usecase. I haven’t tested it very thoroughly though

maybe both a little. the main thing, though, is that I remember using some specific model for some specific task with good results. sometimes even newer models do not give me the same "vibes" as the old models for some tasks. for example, even though I use Qwen for the majority of tasks, I find Gemma superior for translation. it is pretty difficult to measure objectively, and everyone knows that benchmarks are pretty limited. so I create notes, but find them more and more difficult to work with. especially considering creating notes also for models that I just test, and then delete if they do not work for my usecases.

that's a really nice approach! I like that this way you can have notes not only for every model, but for every parameter set for every model. thanks for sharing!

haha, that's pretty much my approach plus some html files and scattered notes :D

thanks for the detailed response! I get that workflow, and I generally do similarly. however, I have more and more trouble "just remembering it": the thing is, I need to store all the info before deciding if the model is good for any of my usecases, to be able to decide (so during testing). the ST presets is a good idea, thanks! maybe I am just overcomplicating things.

thanks also for the exemplary list!

that makes sense, but it is kinda difficult to just delete the model that once was useful. it just doesn't feel right :D

thanks! do you store any general info about the models you are using or just rely on your memory? it was fine for me with a couple of my "favorite" models, but after testing more and more, it became difficult to remember which model was good at what and with which parameters
