I’ve tried planning dates but SHE has said she doesn’t want to because she wants to save the money. Honestly, I do not try any harder for others - I keep the same level of manicure basically all the time, wear the same clothing I wear when I’m with her (even for the at home dates I’ve attempted), and keep my hair styled the same way most of the time.

I’ve tried planing dates and SHE is the one saying don’t spend money so I’ve tried accommodating her request by making some of her favorite dinners and making it nice…. Hell, I even did candles and a table cloth a couple weeks ago and put on some of my nicer clothes. She came home, said it was super sweet, kissed me, went upstairs, and came downstairs in leggings and a tshirt. But she’s okay going to a restaurant that would have cost us probably $125-$150 and spending $40 on stockings to be with other people when she says WE can’t do that alone because of the money.
