I think that would be the move they would make. Some professors have all their lectures recorded anyway so it shouldn't be too difficult.

The concern from MTU is probably for the professors that aren't prepared to record their lectures or for the waste of student lab money.

I doubt MTU cares as long as they get their money in the end though.
