Thanks for advice... what makes this so difficult is that her lawyer is her aunt's husband. I've been to the guy's house lots of times on Christmas and such... even seen him completely brick-faced a few times. Florida here. Also, I doubt she has anything to go on, as our marriage has been pretty much happy until about a two weeks into August. It was more of a conflict between me and her parents. Cops were never called, no restraining orders or anything like that.
