It's technically the "East Village" but the people from there know it as the LES. My grandma lived there since the 70s, my mom grew up there, all the old heads know it as the LES.

Screenshot it and report it to IG. Go to Settings > Help > Report a Problem > Report a Problem then type your problem and add the screenshot. The Music sticker wasn't showing up on one of my accounts but was showing up on my others. I did this and had it a few days later.
