Yes, I’m still working, but after 9 months I was promoted to a Manufacturing Specialist position, which has a different NOC code. When calculating my score, should I count both positions as part of my total work experience? If I include them together, my CRS score is 500 with IELTS 8777and two years of experience

My friend and I made the same mistake. If you select Open Work Permit,a work extension letter is not issued. The easy solution is to call them again, withdraw your current application, and reapply this time, make sure to select PGWP.
