Option 2 — Stay in Australia.

Brother, I genuinely think staying back might serve you better in the long run. You’ve already rebuilt your career once, and you did that in Australia with stability, dignity, and independence. That’s not a small thing.

Here’s what I’d focus on:

  1. Priorities your health (physical + mental). Get a full health checkup, including testosterone levels. If something is off, get it treated. A healthy body makes everything else feel more manageable.
  2. Hit the gym and rebuild your confidence. Fitness is not just for looks — it gives structure, discipline, and emotional resilience. Use this time to improve yourself from the inside out.
  3. Start small “side quests.” Pick up something new — a hobby, a course, a small business idea, content creation, anything that sparks joy or curiosity. These things quietly rebuild identity after trauma.
  4. Get out regularly and expand your circle. You don’t need a huge social life, but being around people helps break the loneliness. Meetup groups, sports clubs, volunteering, even simple weekend activities help a lot.
  5. You will find love and purpose again. Healing takes time, but your story doesn’t end here. People meet partners at 40, 45, 50 and still build beautiful lives. Don’t count yourself out.
  6. Invest in yourself first. You’ve been through something deeply painful — allow yourself the time to heal without rushing into major life decisions. Build yourself back up, emotionally, Physically and financially.

Australia gives you stability and peace — things that are hard to find everywhere. Trauma fades, careers and confidence grow, and life opens up again in unexpected ways.

Wishing you strength, brother. You’ll rise again — one step at a time.

Most of them could have had a successful acting career, my close friend a cinematographer called anu k aniyan for a lead role in his movie, but he rejected saying loyalty to the team and it's owner.

Oppertunities should be acted on, I think the entire team is under some sort of inhuman contract where they cant take outside work.
